VINTAGE CHRISTMAS AT OSCC

Good morning everyone and a Vintage Christmas challenge over at one stop craft challenge today.
My card for this challenge was to try and  keep to traditional colours such as red and gold. The centre image and sentiment was stamped using Hot of the Press stamp set - Christmas stamps and then I added some flat backed pearls to the design and finished off with a small tartan bow.
The background was red card die cut using Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles and then mounting this onto gold card.

Do hope you join us for this  week's challenge and look forward to seeing your creations and so until next time take care.

OSCC - ANYTHING GOES

Good morning and it is time for another one stop craft challenge and this week anything goes and the sponsor is sadly for the last time one stop card crafts who are closing down and are offering 50% off everything so why not pop along for a bargin.
This week's prize is a stamp from Do Crafts perfect for the winter season.

My card is very much based on the season at the moment and keeping the colours to creams and browns. The tree is stamped using Indigoblu "Lollipop Tree" onto cream card then I added a mount around this which I covered with gold coloured flakes. The die cut leaves again from cream card using Cheery Lynn "Flourish Leaf Strip" and then added a couple of metal embellishments to finish the card off.
Hope you all have a fantastic weekend.

OSCC 203 - COLOUR CHALLENGE

Welcome to another one stop craft challenge and this week is a colour challenge with a fireworks theme. This week's sponsor is Crimson Cloud who have three packs of die cuts for the lucky winner.

For my card I cut out an oval from the front and framed this with die cut swirls using Spellbinders "Venetian Motifs" and coloured glitter card and then on the inside of the card showing through the apeture a sentiment stamped using Inkadinkado "Everyday Expressions".With Sakura Gelly Roll pens added a speckled effect around the sentiment matching the colours of the glitter swirls.
The weather is wet and windy here but if you are having your bonfires tonight hope you all have a good Guy Fawkes night and take care of yourselves.

HALLOWEEN WITCH

Well hope you are all having a good Halloween but the weather is not ideal for trick or treating tonight being so wet and windy.

Today's offering is a Halloween door hanger and the digi image is Peekaboo Bugg from Tiddly Inks which I coloured in with promarkers.

Behind the image is spider web net with purple glitter for spider webs although not very clear in the picture and some red beads as spooky eyes.
The lettering was cut out of green fun foam, mounted onto black card then all joined together with orange ribbon.
Will be entering this into the challenge over at
friday mashup - witch

Don't get too SPOOKED tonight.

What a change in the weather from yesterday dull and wet so a morning crafting I think before tackling the pile of ironing waiting for me.Today a very girlie Christmas card using a favourite Lilly of the Valley stamp "Jenny Bear-Gifts Galore" which I stamped in blue ink then coloured with promarkers.

The sentiment is a stamp I have had for a while but do not know where from and to finish off this and the picture added some highlights using Wow embossing powder "Sparkling Snow Glitter".
I have used a few Spellbinders dies in this project which are as follows - Classic Ovals Large - Grand Decorative Ovals One - A2 Fancy Weave - Create a Flake Four - 2012 Snowflake Pendant.
