THANK TOU

Hello friends and what miserable weather we have been having and although the snow came to north Manchester we got off pretty lightly compared to parts of the country in the south.

Today another challenge at One Stop Craft Challenge with the theme thank you's and our lovely sponsor for this is
This week I got some brand new Spellbinder dies that were launched at the CHA show last week and for this card I used the Timeless Rectangles which give a beautiful and elegant design. The edges of the frame and the sentiment were highlighted using Satin Red Versafine ink. The flowers are die cut using Crealies Creative Flowers CL CF 17 and the sentiment is from Waltzing Mouse Stamps - Compact Sentiments.
Hope you all keep warm and safe during this cold weather and think about those poor people over in Australia suffering extreme HOTTTT temperatures.

Love LIZ X

Happy New Year to everyone and hope you all had a fantastic time over the festive season. Today the first challenge of the year over at One Stop Craft Challenge and this week " New Beginings" for the a new year and our sponsor for this week is " The Stamp Fairy".

I thought I would do a small wall hanging for this challenge using one of our sponsor's wonderful images.I created the frame using Spellbinders Polka Dot Frame and Play Time characters cut out of foam with little pink beads for the eyes along the bottom of the frame. The image was coloured in using Promarkersand then a piece of pink gingham ribbon finishes off this little project .

Have a lovely weekend

For my card I have used this cute image from Bugaboo Digi Stamps and coloured using Promarker pens then glittered the white stripes on the candy cane.

Being such a cute image I wanted to keep this card fairly simple with a couple of tiny bows added and then the sentiment using Waltzingmouse stamps "Compact Family".

Hope you have a great weekend and thanks again for dropping by.

VINTAGE CHRISTMAS AT OSCC

Good morning everyone and a Vintage Christmas challenge over at one stop craft challenge today.
My card for this challenge was to try and  keep to traditional colours such as red and gold. The centre image and sentiment was stamped using Hot of the Press stamp set - Christmas stamps and then I added some flat backed pearls to the design and finished off with a small tartan bow.
The background was red card die cut using Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles and then mounting this onto gold card.

Do hope you join us for this  week's challenge and look forward to seeing your creations and so until next time take care.
