A OSCC DESIGN TEAM MEMBER

Well I have a bit of news to share with you and which is being invited onto the design team over at one stop craft challenge and I have to say I was so excited to get started on my first project.
The challenge this week is " Anything Goes "and our sponsor is "doodle pantry "digital doodles which has some very cute animals and for my card I have used "Caroling Friends" and coloured this in with Promarkers. For the fur trims on their hats and scarfs I used iridescent glitter and the sentiment was stamped using a Hot off the Press stamp "Merry Christmas".

Once again I have  to thank Shelley for my very first Design Team invite and look forward to seeing all your creations for this week's challenge.

So pop over to OSCC and see some more inspiration from the other members of the DT.
Many thanks for stopping by and if you wish you can always become a follower using the link on the side bar or leave a comment which is always welcome.

Take care.

FOR YOU

Today I want to share with you a card that I have created using on of the new Spellbinders Die D-Lites "Poppy Patch" which I have cut out from fun foam and then mounted onto some acetate.

Cut out an apeture on the front of a card using Spellbinders "Octagons" then positioned the acetate with image behind securing with tape and behind that a piece of cream spider web net.

The sentiment was stamped onto some wooden sticks using Papermania Urban Stamp "Type Print"and then I added to cute little bumble bees.

I will be entering this card into the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by,

LITTLE SISTER

Mixing two challenges today by taking the sketch from waltzingmouse sketch challenge116 and the colour from cr84fncolor challenge63 which is blues and browns a colour combo I love.

After putting a checked paper border I covered the cream card with cream spider web netting which is not very clear in the photographs but you can see it in the closeup photo.

Using the new Spellbinders dies Resplendent Rectangles for the central framing and also for the tabs at the side I stamped some sentiments with WMS Compact Family in vintage sepia Versafine ink.

One of the flowers are of cream lace while the others were created using Crealies die set Creative Flowers CL CF 21 and then added some flat backed beads in the centres. The foliage is using Cheery Lynn Flourish Leaf Strip and the patterened papers are by Scrapworks Papers Canvas Collection.

Thanks for stopping by and your comments would be most welcome.

Take Care

FOR YOU AT CHRISTMAS

Hello friends and here we are with another christmas card design using traditional red and green with lots of glitter as well.

For the wrapping paper I stamped this using WMS "Very Vintage Christmas"and then glittered the edges of the leaves and the same design for the tag as well.

I then added red ribbon, red bakers twine and red dew drop embellishments to finish this card off.
The layout for this is over at waltzingmouse sketch challenge .

I will also be entering this into the challenge at 52christmas card throwdown for their Theme Challenge 9 "Gifts of the Season"

Short post today but thanks again for visiting.

BIRTHDAY WISHES FOR WMSC114

This card today is using the sketch over at waltzingmouse sketch challenge.blogspot and a colour combo that I have used in the past pinks and teal.

I made use of a new set of stamps that I purchased recently which is  the "Teeny Trees" set from Waltzingmouse and with so many stamps in one set this is very good value.I also used some new Spellbinder die sets Foliage Two - Jewel Flowers and Flourishes - Grand Decorative Circles One - Back to Basics Tags.

Thanks again for stopping by and if you like what you see a comment would be most welcome.
